Who we are

AZ Grading is a trading card grading business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your mobile number, city and the details of your enquiry.

When the pre-assessment tool opens: the card photos you upload and the results we produce for you.

Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, which we store only in a scrambled form to limit abuse.

How we use it

To reply to you, to tell you about our launch and services if you agreed to this, to provide the pre-assessment tool and grading services, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is kept

We aim to store personal data on servers in Saudi Arabia. If a service provider outside the Kingdom is ever needed, we will do so only as the law allows.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed. Card photos are kept only as long as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
